Cluster is an application to support the spatial analysis of plant disease epidemics by using pixelated data in digital imagery. The concept is also applicable to studies in landscape ecology and other biological sciences.
Cluster is a Mac desktop application and is available for free download from iTunes.
The algorithm and approach used by Cluster for spatial analysis of pixelated data is described in the published manuscript in the journal, Phytopathology.
